As of March 11, 2025, No Award, anticipated award is end of April City of Bessemer (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Cinnabar Street Reconstruction 22-0291 The Project includes the following Work: Project consists of approximately 3,747 square yards of pavement removal; 3,600 square yards of aggregate base; 552 tons of HMA paving, related appurtenances and restoration items. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the following locations: o Office of the Owner, City of Bessemer, 411 South Sophie Street, Bessemer, MI 49911, Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm. Question Deadline 02/24/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Refer to Advertisement for contact information Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted (mailed or shipped) by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
