Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This project generally consists of structural rehabilitation of damages at bridge abutment foundations, wing walls, adjacent stream banks, and provide best management practices and traffic control for construction activity in accordance with the plans and specifications. FEMA-4395-DR-HI No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) consecutive calendar days. Question Deadline 02/25/2025 at 2:00 PM HT The original executed and notarized Standard Qualification Questionnaire for Offerors form SQQO must be received by the Administration Office. Department of Public Works, no less than FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours prior to the 2:00 p.m. bid opening so it may be evaluated and approved by the County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works prior to bid opening Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii, General Engineering Contractors License A. In addition, the following specialty licenses are required for this project: C-31a Cement Concrete C-31b Stone Masonry The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
