Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This project generally consists of restoration and repair of damages which includes scour repair of abutments and pier, restoration of affected areas, erosion control and Best Management Plans, in accordance with the plans and specifications. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, General Contractor's license. See Special Notice to Bidders for licensing requirements. The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) consecutive calendar day
