Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Location: 20121 83rd St. Bristol, WI 53104 February 2025 Description: The Bristol School District is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of roof areas # 1, 4, 6, 8 and 10. The roof area consists of 45-mil EPDM Ballasted EPDM, a layer of Expanded Polystyrene insulation, a layer of ballast stone, sheet metal edging and a structural deck. The scope of the work consists of but is not limited to the removal of all existing materials down to the structural deck and the replacement thereof, and clean up of all job related debris and repair grounds as required All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with words "Bid Opening- Reroofing Project", the date and time of bid opening, the bid, and the name of the bidder. The Board of Education will award the bids. The Board of Education reserves the right to: Reject any or all bids without assigning any reason therefore; Be the sole judge of equivalency; Waive any bid requirement in accepting or rejecting bids.
