Renovation of an educational facility in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
** As of February 28,2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 15,2025.** Maryville R-II School District is requesting bids for the repair of the roof of the FEMA Gym. - Remove 8' x110' of existing modified roof and walls on the south side of the FEMA Gym down to the precast decking. - Enlarge all scupper openings to the maximum size allowed by the District per instruction of the building's engineer(ideally 8"x 6" or larger) If any reinforcing steel is exposed in this process, the steel shall be coated in a quality rust inhibitor. - Install modified cap sheet and base sheet over 2 layer of ISO with an R-30 value over vapor barrier adhered to the precast decking - Install tapered crickets between scuppers for positive water flow - The roof shall be installed in a fashion which provides the bottom of the scupper outlet will be located below the top layer of any roofing material. Ideally providing a basin at the scupper opening if possible. - Install new conductor heads and scuppers. - Remove and reinstall existing coping on parapet wall - Remove any debris created by the project and dispose of it in an appropriate landfill. - Provide a 2 year warranty on workmanship and materials to include water leakage in this area.
