The City of Maryville, Missouri is seeking proposals for the construction of a concrete trail for Visitors Center at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. The Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, tools and insurance to prepare and install a new concrete trail at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. The RFP consists of a primary bid for the construction of a concrete trail to the Visitors Center, one (1) alternate bid for the construction of a chat trail to the Visitors Center, and a second (2) alternate bid for the construction of a concrete pad. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of Section 285.530 RSMo, E-Verify, and OSHA Safety Training. The City of Maryville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City of Maryville will accept the bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the city, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the lowest bid.
