Renovation of a mixed-use development in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Andrew Spire Construction LLC., with an awarded amount of $63,840.** concrete replacement. This is a prevailing wage project if the total project cost is more than $75,000. All dimensions are approximate Curb profiles,thickness, finish, and expansion joints shall match existing/adjoining Asphaltic expansion joint material shall be installed between curb and sidewalk 1/2 in. Rebar installed on 3 foot center grid on Driveway/Dumpster Enclosure Work 1/2 in. Rebar installed along outside edges and one in the center on 6' Sidewalk Work 1/2 in. Rebar installed on 2' centers in wall 2- 1/2 in. Rebar installed in length wise in 8"x18" footing Wider sidewalks require additional rebar installed parallel on 2 foot increments Concrete shall be fiber reinforced (1# per cubic yard) rated a minimum of 4000 P.S.I. Concrete mix shall contain no fly ash with maximum of 20% slag Aggregate Rock in concrete mix shall be Martin Marietta Product #2753 New work shall maintain existing drainage New work shall be pinned to existing concrete (unless approved otherwise by District) Concrete shall be pinned at doorways Expansion joints sawed and sealed (except on trowelled joints) Base rock shall be compacted New concrete backfilled and graded District will be responsible for seeding Furnish barricades as needed Removal and disposal of removed concrete and debris created from work Provide all labor and materials The Bid Awardee is responsible for completing the project as a complete system ready for appropriate traffic regardless of any deficiencies in the bid specifications. The Bid Awardee is responsible for replacing adjacent concrete damaged in the process at no additional cost to the District. Adjacent damaged concrete less than ten years old shall be replaced to nearest existing saw joints. Older concrete may be sawed and patched with District approval. Areas to be replaced are marked with white paint. Referenced square footage may not be accurate. Work may begin May 12, 2025 All work must be completed by July 24, 2025
