Renovation of a municipal facility in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

1. Construct new walls as shown with 3 5/8" light gauge metal framing to structure above. 2. Newwalls to be 5/8" drywall, sound insulated, and painted. 3. Existing walls to be painted to 10' ceiling, 4. Install 2' x 2' suspended ceiling to be installed at 10' above floor. Ceiling tile to be BET-154 by Certainteed. 5. Repair laminated windowsills as required. 6. Flooring includes carpet, VCT, and vinyl base material and installation. Carpet material allowance to be$35/sy. VCT material allowance to be $2.25/sf. 7. Install laminate-faced cabinets with Level 2 granite/quartz countertop and an undermount stainless steel sink. 8. HVAC, fire sprinkler, and electrical as required. 9. No data wiring is to be included. 10. Install water line, drain in breakroom and conference room. Alternate No. 1: Furnish and install Accordion Sound Divider to divide the south wing into two spaces (approximately 30' in length). Divider to be KWIK-WALL VL8-(STL 40). Divider will be suspended from a Unispan truss system (U900). The Nodaway County Commissioners will be taking bids for the remodeling and interior finishing of the third floor in the Administration Building located at 403 North Market Street, Maryville MO 64468. All proposals may be withdrawn up to the time of opening. No proposals will be considered via fax or e-mail. The Commission has the right to accept and reject any or all bids. The bids were accepted but not opened on scheduled bid date. The status on this project has been put on hold, new date is undetermined at this time.
