Site work and paving for a road / highway in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Maryville is requesting proposals for the milling and placement of hot-mix asphalt on various city streets and parks within the community. The selected contractor will be responsible for all milling and overlay work aspects in the areas identified herein. The City of Maryville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City will accept the bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the City, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the lowest bid. The job shall conform to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Laws Annual Wage Order No. 31. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of Section 285.530 RSMo, E-Verify, and OSHA Safety Training. Any required permits will be the responsibility of the contractor, along with all design criteria necessary for the construction/permitting process. The City of Maryville is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the milling and installation of hot-mix asphalt within the City of Maryville. The request is an opportunity for qualified contracting firms to present proposals to the City of Maryville for consideration.
