Furnish all tools, labor, and equipment necessary to provide delivery and installation for the Replacement of Serving Line Equipment at Laburnum Elementary School located at 500 Meriwether Avenue, Henrico, Virginia, 23222 to Henrico County Public Schools in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions, and specifications. additional pre bid meeting note: Bidders arriving after 9:15 a.m. will be denied entrance to the conference site visit. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO BID. PLEASE BRING A COPY OF THE INVITATION FOR BID WITH YOU TO DISCUSS THE REQUIREMENTS. The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to furnish all tools, labor, materials, vehicles/equipment, and supervision necessary to provide inside delivery and installation for the replacement of serving line equipment at Laburnum Elementary School located at 500 Meriwether Avenue, Henrico, VA 23222 to Henrico County Public Schools ("HCPS") in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions, and specifications. 2. A Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Bidder who submits the lowest Total Bid Price, provided the bid does not exceed the funds available for the contract. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be designated the Successful Bidder to perform the project. B. Specifications. 1. Technical specifications and drawings for the serving line are in Attachment H and Attachment I. 2. The Successful Bidder shall coordinate deliveries of all equipment with the School Nutrition Services Maintenance Department to the following delivery location: Laburnum Elementary School 500 Meriwether Avenue Henrico, VA 23222 3. The Successful Bidder shall move old serving line equipment to a designated place located outside of the school building per the instructions of the School Nutrition Services Maintenance Department point of contact.
