Contract Term: Two Years with Three - One Year Renewals The Virginia Lottery ("Lottery"), an independent agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking bids from qualified companies to establish a Contract for Lottery scratch ticket in-counter dispensers ("ICD") and replacement drawers. The Contractor shall supply scratch ticket in-counter dispensers, replacement drawers and miscellaneous parts in accordance with the following specifications and production requirements. The Lottery further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Lottery that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
