Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ephraim, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 5,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Project Scope: In general, the project consists of a new Ground up Public Works Building of approximate first floor area of 5,000 sq. ft. including a Pre-Engineered Metal framed building for the Village of Ephraim Public Works Department. Schedule: Project is anticipated to start in May of 2025 and be substantially complete by September 2025. Prevailing Wages: Not Required. Bid Bond: A 10% Bid Bond or certified check is required with the bid payable to the Village of Ephraim. Performance Bond: 100 % Required Payment Bond: 100 % Required Qualification Statement: Bidders shall submit the Contractor Proof of Responsibility form provided in the Specifications a Minimum of (5) days prior to bid date. Failure to submit this information with Bid may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The low responsive bidder will be recommended for contract award. The owner reserves theright to reject any bid, to waive irregularities in the bid or to accept a bid which will be the best interest of the Owner. Bids shall remain open to acceptance for a period of (60) days after bid due date. ** doc info : The Plans and Specifications will be available from the printer for a Refundable deposit if returned to the printer in good condition within seven days of bid opening.
