Est. Completion Date: June 26, 2026 Description: The work extends (primarily) along the west side of STH 42, between Orchard Rd and Towline Dr, totaling approximately 0.52 miles. The work under this contract shall consist of establishment of erosion control, traffic control, excavation, placing base aggregate, curb & gutter, curb ramps, new asphaltic path, grading, placing topsoil, pavement marking & signing, lighting bollard concrete base installation, and site restoration. Work includes all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Additional Description: Contract Start Date : It is anticipated that the earliest possible start date for construction under this contract will be November 17th, 2025. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Village to establish the intended start date of construction. It is the Village's intent to allow the Contractor to begin construction activities in late November 2025, should the Contractor elect to do so. The Village understands that the majority of construction is expected to occur during Spring and early Summer of 2026. The Contractor shall have the option to begin construction as soon as reasonably possible following contract award, in coordination with the Village. Final Contract Completion June 26th, 2026.
