Site work for a mixed-use development in Clairton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
All work under this Contract will be performed at the proposed Community Pool located at 435 Freemont St. within the City of Clairton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The city is located in east-central Allegheny County along the north bank of the Monongahela River approximately fourteen miles east of the downtown area of the City of Pittsburgh. The Contractor shall notify the City of Clairton and Glenn Engineering at least seven (7) calendar days before construction is to start. This project shall be completed not more than sixty (60) consecutive calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall be aware that all work must be completed, and Pool must be functional by May 26, 2025. Failure to adhering to this requirement will result in the liquidated damages as stated below. The liquidated damages shall be Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per consecutive calendar days as a measure of liquidated damages the Owner will sustain for failure of the Contractor to promptly complete the work.
