The work includes: Installation of new 12" and 8" water mains, replacing existing 8" water main with 12" water main, new sewer collection mains and associated serves, construction of new Level II on-site community wastewater treatment and disposal system, temporary water and sewer facilities, connecting existing mobile homes to new sewer and water services, road and surface restoration and related work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. All work must be substantially complete within 240 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to proceed. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is April 15, 2025. with substantial completion and certain funding expended prior to December 15, 2025. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Lincoln County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish approved Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, along with required Insurance coverage.
