Replace various locations of sidewalk throughout the City of La Crosse. Replace and update non-ADA compliant curb ramps in various locations. Replace approximately 10,000 square feet of City sidewalk. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file with the City of La Crosse. The BPW decision regarding qualification is final. Bids will be accepted only from such qualified bidders. Est.
