Western Technical College Student Success Center Renovation 400 N. 7th Street La Crosse, Wisconsin 54601 Project No. 24060 In general, the work of this project includes but is not limited to: interior renovations and mechanical renovations to an existing higher-education building. Interior work includes modifications to steelstud framed walls, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, and aluminum-framed storefront. Finishes work includes acoustic ceiling, sound absorbing wall units, paint, resilient flooring and carpet tile. Mechanical work includes re-piping chilled water coil and chiller condenser piping. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a Single prime construction contract for the entire work including plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and electrical work. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
