Renovation of an educational facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In General the work includes but is not limited to removal of existing DX cooling from Lunda Center Building rooftop units and installation of new chilled water cooling. Adjacent Coleman Building will have chilled water system expanded and extended over to Lunda Center. This shall consist of a new chiller module, chilled water pumps, variable frequency drives, chilled water coils, chilled water piping and accessories. The Owner will supply the following: 1. Multistack Chiller Module -Anticipated Late April Delivery (Bidding Contractor shall be responsible for site unloading, staging, complete installation, balancing, startup, and commissioning) 2. Building Automation HVAC Controls a. Section 23 09 14 Electric Instrumentation and Control Devices for HVAC i. Control valves and all other pipe/duct mounted components provided by this section shall be installed by contractor bidding these documents. b. Section 23 09 23 Direct Digital Control System for HVAC c. Section 23 09 93 Sequence of Operations The Project Drawings, Project Manual and other Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: AE's Office: HSR ASSOCIATES, INC. 100 MILWAUKEE STREET LA CROSSE, WI 54603 608-784-1830 Electronic Bidding Documents (.pdf) will be available from HSR Associates, Inc. via Sharefile electronic distribution and will be distributed to the listed Builders Exchanges.
