Renovation of a multi-residential development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
In general, the Project consists of removal and replacement of existing windows, doors and blinds at a multi-unit housing facility. Opening assemblies include fiberglass windows, fiberglass sliding door, aluminum storefront entries, automatic door openers, and wood trim. Prep and paint exterior metal lintels, paint interior trim and touchup paint at openings. Remove existing vertical blinds and install new. Interior finishes work also includes a small amount of acoustic ceiling tile, and LVT flooring. Electrical work includes wiring door operators and lighting modifications in a vestibule. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders.
