Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Completed Bidders Proof of Responsibility, Document 00 45 17, must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Article 3, seven calendar days prior to the date bids are due. No bids will be accepted from any Bidder for which a Bidders Proof of Responsibility has not been received. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid from any Bidder deemed to be unqualified. No bidder may withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The La Crosse County Solid Waste Department reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the of the County.
