Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burien, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Munro Manor, located in the City of Burien, was built in 1970's is a three-story apartment building with an occupancy open to seniors and disabled persons aged 62+. The building has 60 dwelling units. There are 60 one (1) bedroom one (1) bathroom units that all contain visual notification similar to accessible type units. The current fire alarm system's main control panel is Silent Knight located in the Reception Office off the main entry lobby on the lower floor. The Fire Alarm System for this project shall be a Potter Electric Brand System. KCHA standard will not allow any substitutions of this specified Fire Alarm equipment. Projects valued over one hundred fifty thousand ($150,000) dollars require a one hundred (100%) percent Performance and Payment Bond. The King County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA. The King County Housing Authority also reserves the right to reject all bids, for any reason, prior to Contract Execution.
