Munro Manor, located in the City of Burien, was built in 1970's is a three-story apartment building with an occupancy open to seniors and disabled persons aged 62+. The building has 60 dwelling units. There are 60 one (1) bedroom one (1) bathroom units that all contain visual notification similar to accessible type units. The current fire alarm system's main control panel is Silent Knight located in the Reception Office off the main entry lobby on the lower floor. The Fire Alarm System for this project shall be a Potter Electric Brand System. KCHA standard will not allow any substitutions of this specified Fire Alarm equipment.
