Site work for a civil project in Burien, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
This City funded project provides for pond maintenance improvements of the existing surface water pond near 3rd Ave S. Improvements include, permits, dredging, excavation, slope reconstruction, grading, water management, tree removal, and other Work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be granted in July or August 2025. Question Deadline 04/09/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Contract Documents and Plans shall submit inquiries via email to Dan O'Brien (dano@burienwa.gov). Oral questions will not be answered, and written questions submitted after said date will not be considered (except if the bid submittal date has been extended). The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved by the City to postpone the award for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening.
