No definite date for the rebid.** General work description: The project requires the installation of a 1134 sq. ft. wet area, 4-inch-thick minor concrete splash pad slab, to be reinforced with wire mesh or rebar, and minor grading. All plumbing and electrical materials, spray nozzles, above-ground features, holding tanks, chemical control systems, UV systems, pumps, controllers, activators, timers, labor, and any required materials must be supplied and installed for a turnkey project. Additionally, coordination and approval of a Kern County Health Department permit for water quality and public safety inspection are required. The contractor must hold a C-36 and C-10 license at the time the contract is awarded. This contract is subject to state contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements in accordance with the Government Code, Section 12990. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations has set the general prevailing wage rates for the county where the work will be performed. The bidder is solely responsible for timely delivery.
