Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in California City, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
General work description: The work consists of replacing portions of the existing municipal water distribution system , including approximately 6,865 LF of 8-inch PVC C-900 waterline. The Contractor shall remove and replace 11 fire hydrants and 1 -inch water services/laterals, cap and abandon existing water mains in place, and remove existing gate valves. The Contractor shall also provide trenching, backfilling, and patching required for the new construction, as shown on the plans. All other work, items, or details required by the typical sections, Standard Specifications, or these special provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed, whether or not specifically identified above Question Deadline 08/24/2026 Questions may be directed to Ramon H.
