Renovation of a municipal facility in Maplewood, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work o Remove existing asphalt shingles and underlayment. o Haul all debris away to an appropriate landfill. o Replace plywood decking as needed at an additional cost per square foot. o Mechanically fasten 1 layer of 1/2 " high density poly-iso roof coverboard. o Fully adhere all new 60 mil EPDM membrane in required adhesive. o Flash all roof edges properly. o Install all new metal-era roof edge. o Install new gutter and downspout(s). o All work will be completed in a workmanship type manner. o All job debris will be hauled away from the job site by the contractor o Any additional work must be addressed in a change order request submitted to the city, which will list time and materials needed. o Contractors will be responsible for protecting the workspace. o Contractors will be responsible for keeping the work area as clean and tidy as possible and eliminate any potential hazards. o All work will be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Project Completion Deadline Project should be completed with within 60 days of approval. Invoice Deadline The invoice should be submitted within 30 days of project completion.
