Site work for a mixed-use development in Maplewood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The 2025 Deer Creek Field Flood Restoration consists of skinned infield, one backstop removal and replacement, other backstop and fencing repair, renovate turf areas. Direct all questions to Steve Miller at stevem@fe-stl.com Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company and payable to the City, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base bid Not less than the prevailing hourly rates of wages as found by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri, or determined by court on appeal, shall be paid to all workers performing work under this Contract. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962", (P.L. 87-581:76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations. A Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bond is required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest and best bid, and to approve the bond. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids.
