The City of Maplewood seeks an experienced sidewalk contractor to replace approximately 1,889 sq. feet of sidewalks on Richmond Place. Funds for the project are derived from the federal Community Development Block Grant, and wages must be paid at federal wage standards. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and personnel to remove and replace sidewalks at marked locations throughout the city. The scope of work should not alter the character and/or appearance of existing sidewalks within the applicable National Register District and/or Architectural Survey areas in the City of Maplewood. Replacement of sidewalks slabs should be with a product that is identical in size, material, and all other relevant constructions details in the same locations as existing.
