Site work for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work includes the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt running track. The new track will consist of a new asphalt surface over the existing aggregate subbase, new track surfacing, CIP retaining wall, and seeding. Doc note - Bid Documents may be obtained from the offices of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)-592-4950. 1822 "N" Street, Lincoln NE 68508, (402)-474-5454 A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
