Renovation of a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, and material necessary to replace all fire panels, sensors and other associated components of the fire system at the Terry Bundy Generating Station, as per LES Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. Communications and technical questions concerning this Bid shall be submitted using the LES Online Procurement System.
