Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bidders must be registered on the City/County's E-Bid site in order to respond to the above Bid. To register go to: lincoln.ne.gov (type: "Bid" - in search box, click "Bid and Contracts", then click "Supplier Registration") Question Deadline 02/17/2025 at 2:00 PM CT : Questions may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. The Contractor shall begin construction of this project beginning in Spring 2025. Contractor shall have a total of 56 calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Substantial completion for Phase 1 work and 53 calendar days from the Substantial Completion date of Phase 1 Work to achieve substantial completion of Phase 2 and Phase 3 work on the project. Final completion of all hardscape work including a site clean-up shall be completed by July 25th. Final completion of all Landscape work including final site clean-up, irrigation system installed, establishment and acceptance of all landscaped areas and sodded areas shall be completed by October 3rd , 2025. Determination of Final Completion shall be subject to the Woodbury's Project Manager and City's Project Personnel's approval.
