Site work for a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment to replace cable as per LES specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form LES Procurement Department; procurementdept@les.com; All questions must be submitted through this bid portal under the "Clarifications" tab.
