Hausmann-Eriksen has been awarded the contract for Construction Manager at Risk for the Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility Capacity Improvements project. Cost will be a major factor in determining the awarded Contractor; however, the award may not go to the lowest cost bidder. The Ebid system is only serving as a bidding platform of this scope of work for the City of Lincoln on behalf of Hausmann-Eriksen. The City is not responsible for this solicitation. The City is not a party to the contracts that may be established from this solicitation. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Site work for a water / sewer project. As of February 11, 2025, a construction manager has been awarded for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet beenn released.
