Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 62,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project is an approximately 62,000 SF new 2 story on-grade building. The building spaces include a kitchen, cafeteria, food distribution, daycare, office and conference rooms. The main roof and wall structures of the building will be PEMB construction with the 2nd Floor structure inside of the building constructed with traditional steel post and beam floor structure. The project is scheduled to begin this August 2025 with completion in February 2027. Pre-engineered metal building by Chief Buildings is scheduled for delivery to the job-site in late November 2025.
