Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 69,125-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the construction of two story new elementary school. The building is a structural steel frame structure with a exterior finish mix of Masonry veneer, phenolic wall panels and corrugated metal siding and curtain wall and . The gross floor area is approximately 69,125 sq ft. This new elementary school includes a gym, Daycare, 7 kindergarten, 20 classrooms. The School Board has prequalified these Trades: Electrical, Asphalt, Roofing and Data cabling contractors. Construction for the project is expected to begin in spring 2025 and completion December, 2026.
