Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burlington, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of April 18, 2025, this solicitation has not been awarded as of yet. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: BPRW is seeking services from landscape architects, environmental engineers, and other relevant disciplines, to develop plans for the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts as well as stormwater infrastructure adjacent to the courts at Calahan Park. The conceptual layout of the 'courts' area of the park was developed during the Comprehensive Planning for Calahan Park in 2022. The addition of a Stormwater facility at the end of Gove Court will help address stormwater flow from the street and enhance the Gove Court entry into the park. The existing courts are nearly 30 years old and the pavement, fencing, nets, and posts have all reached the end of their expected lifespan. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
