Plans call for two bonds totaling $225 million in March 2025. $204 million is to go towards upgrading the wastewater system, replacing aging machines, building additional tanks. $30 million to purchase a new filtration devise to reduce the amount of phosphorus going into the lake. $30 million to close the treatment plant on Riverside Avenue. $21 million drinking water bond to decommission the pump house on Main Street and build a new one on the same lot with upgrades. As of January 13, 2025, this is a bond that is to go out to the voters for approval in March 2025.
