Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Burlington Department of Parks and Recreation (BPRW) is seeking bids for the resurfacing of the Calahan Park Tennis Courts. The court complex consists of 4 courts surrounded by 8-to-10-foot-tall chain link fencing. To ensure the courts are playable for the coming season, BPRW seeks a contractor to clean the courts, patch and fill cracks and low-spots, and to apply a new acrylic playing surface. See attached RFP for complete details. Questions Due: Friday, June 19th, 2020 by 5:00 PM There will be no formal site visit held by the City. Contractors can inspect the court complex on their own. The courts are located at Calahan Park in Burlington, VT. The address is listed below: Calahan Park; 45 Locust St, Burlington, VT 05401 The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to negotiate with one or more parties, or to award the contract to the proposal the City deems will meet its best interests, even if that proposal is not the lowest bid. The City reserves the right to re-advertise for additional proposals and to extend the deadline for submission of the proposals. This Request for Proposals in no way obligates the City to award a contract.
