A. The City of Burlington, VT, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from pre-qualified General Bidders for construction activities related to the Fletcher Free Library, Burlington, VT - Envelope Improvements, located at the address listed above. B. Bidder selection procedures and contract awards will be in conformity with applicable statutes of the State of Vermont. C. Davis-Bacon wage rates shall apply, in accordance with US Department of Labor regulations. The project consists of envelope improvements of the 1904 Carnegie Wing of the Fletcher Free Library, including masonry and terracotta restoration, wood windows and doors restoration, and sheet metal gutters and downspouts, and associated stormwater site utilities. 1.
