Window Replacement Summary 1. Remove and replace: Twenty-four (24) windows on the building (see attached pictures) All window sizes/types shall meet egress requirements if applicable, verified by the contractor, to ensure proper units are ordered and installed. Verification with the city of Burlington's Public Works Building Inspector is also required. The subject property does have a sprinkler system. 2. Prep the opening to ensure a proper and leakproof installation. 3. Remove and replace interior wooden trim and exterior aluminum/wood trim and flashing (as needed for installation). 4. Install windows as per the manufacturer's instructions. 5. Insulate all window openings with low expansion spray foam as required to properly weather seal. 6. Seal around interior and exterior windows with BHA approved Butyl Caulking. Color to be chosen by BHA. 7. Install new primed, painted interior wooden window trim to match existing. 8.
