Demolition and site work for a residential development in Plainfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition and site stabilization of four properties purchased through the state buyout program This project consists of demolition, disposal, and required site work for the following properties: 31 Upper Depot Road, 19 Folsom Hill Road, 52 Onion River Road, and 169 Nasmith Brook Road 2. The location and other particulars are identified in the property lister cards and tax maps. (Appendix A through D). 3. All work on the project as a whole must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, unless more than one site is awarded to the same contractor; in that case, the time to complete shall be 90 days. 4. If additional time is required for any reason, including weather delays and delays caused by the community or the State, the Contractor must provide a written request for extension, which then must be approved by the Town of Marshfield. 5. Per the State Historic Preservation Office: All demolition activities will be conducted from hardened surfaces such as driveways and parking areas. Final review for 169 Nasmith Brook Rd has not been issued - if there are any other requirements, and Addendum will be published.
