Each Bidder is required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as set forth in the Contract. The Authority reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder, notwithstanding its price, for any reason considered by the Authority to be relevant to the Bidders potential performance, including but not limited to the Bidders past performance on other projects; claims history, financial capacity and stability of the Bidder
