The solicitation shall be competitive Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP). The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
