Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Valdez, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to upgrade the parking lot at the Growden-Harrison Building on the Prince William Sound Campus in Valdez, Alaska. Base Bid (Bid Item 1): Consists of the South Parking lot pavement replacement. Additive Alternate No. 01 (Bid Item 2): Consists of the South Parking Lot lighting upgrades. Additive Alternate No. 02 (Bid Item 3): Consists of the North Parking Lot pavement replacement. Additive Alternate No. 03 (Bid Item 4): Consists of the East Parking Lot pavement replacement. Location Information: Growden-Harrison Building 303 Lowe Street Valdez, AK 99686 All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier's check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction online or emailed to uaa_fpc@alaska.edu for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line.
