The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to remove 2 existing split systems serving the west and east stack of telecom rooms as specified. Furnish and install one 3.5-ton ductless split system and five 1.5-ton ductless split systems as specified and provide each telecom room with a wall mounted temperature sensor to be monitored on the existing building automation system. All work as described in the specifications and drawings.
