Wicomico County Septic Elimination and Salisbury Sewer Extension Project. The project includes three locations bordering the Salisbury City Limits, including: North and South Delano Avenue, Regency Drive Area (Buckingham Circle, Gladstone Circle, Eton Circle), and Presidents/Lincoln Heights Area (Pierce Avenue, Tyler Avenue, and Hayes Avenue) The purpose of this Request for Proposal Document is for Wicomico County ("County") to contract on behalf of the Department of Public Works to perform professional engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction administration and inspection services for the Wicomico County Septic Elimination and Salisbury Sewer Extension Project, in accordance with the terms and conditions, requirements, and specifications contained herein ("Proposal Document(s)"). The project includes three locations bordering the Salisbury City Limits, including: North and South Delano Avenue Regency Drive Area (Buckingham Circle, Gladstone Circle, Eton Circle) Presidents/Lincoln Heights Area (Pierce Avenue, Tyler Avenue, and Hayes Avenue) Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the online for answers to inquiries. The last day for questions will be Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at noon. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
