Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and educational facility.
Contractor to perform demolition work of current and replacement of Kitchens, Baths and Utility rooms (8 total): plumbing fixtures, appliances, floor, ceiling finishes, counter tops and wall/base/vanity cabinets. Demo and replace PVS domestic water supply lines, etc. as specified. The Contract term will be for 121 days. The Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued ASAP after Bid Due Date, projected to be 04/30/2025. Contractor may begin on-site work on 05/27/2025 and is to reach Substantial Completion by 07/31/2025 with an additional 30 consecutive calendar days to reach Final Acceptance.
