The project scope includes the demolition of existing Hufcor operable partitions, installation of a new operable partition wall system, minor drywall patching / repair and painting as necessary. WYCC Partition Wall Replacement - REBID, located at Wicomico County Youth & Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave., Box Office Lobby, Salisbury, MD. The last day for questions will be noon on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The contractor shall do all work and furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary to complete the scope of work within the time set forth in the Contract and any subsequently written Change Orders or Field Directives. It is the contractor's responsibility to verify the actual dimensions and to confirm the existing structure above the partition wall prior to submitting bid. I. Demolition and removal of existing panels, track and hardware. II. Furnish and install manually operated trimmed paired panel operable partitions with top/bottom retractable seals, sound control. I. Replacement of (2) existing Hufcor partition walls in Danang Meeting Room. II. Replacement of (17) existing Hufcor folding partition walls in Flanders Meeting Room and Hallway Interior. III. Replacement of (4) existing Hufcor folding partition walls in Normandy Backstage. III. Partitions finished with manufacturer's standard vinyl fabric. IV. Partitions furnished and installed in existing openings should include new aluminum ceiling tracks. V.
