Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project specifically consists ofthe Renovation ofthe Mens & Womens Natatorium Restrooms located adjacent to the pool. Students, Faculty, Staff, Community and Athletes utilize this area throughout the year. The spaces included are the restrooms, shower rooms and locker rooms. The approximate area ofthe work is l,000SF. Access and staging shall be through the south courtyard during the Summer 2025. Specific activities to be performed include: plumbing, electrical, mechanical and architectural demolition; installation ofnew plumbing fixtures, new lighting fixtures, new exhaust fans, new ceiling air devices and access doors. New architectural finishes such as painting, tile coating and acoustical panel ceilings shall be installed. Other work includes installation ofnew partitions, washroom accessories and lavatory solid surface casework. The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide all labor and materials to renovate the men's and women's Natatorium restrooms, shower and locker rooms as indicated in the specifications and drawings. This space is located adjacent to the pool in the Maggs Recreation Center and Students, Faculty, Staff, Community and Athletes utilize this area throughout the year.
