Wicomico County strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the deadline Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Wicomico County Youth and Civic Center Project Location: 500 Glen Avenue, Salisbury, Maryland 21804. Work under the Base Bid generally includes the following: a. Areas A-H, and O: Remove existing roofing, underlayment, insulation, base sheet, vapor retarders, flashings and metal flashings, gutters and downspouts and discard. Install new gypsum underlayment (where specified), vapor retarder, and rigid insulation. Install new cover board, fully adhered PVC membrane, flashings and metal flashings, gutters, downspouts and metal siding, coping. b. Coat metal roof panels on Areas M1-M4. c. Skylight Repairs d. Replace through-wall flashings at rake walls above roof areas M1-M4. e. Replace all roof hatches with new. 8. Work under Alternate No. 1 consists of removing and replacing the existing metal roof system with a new metal roofing system. 9. Work under Alternate No. 2 consists of coating of Roof Area N1 and N2. 10. Work under Alternate No. 3 consists of installing extruded standing seams on Area H. 11. Work under Alternate No. 4 consists of removing and replacing existing skylight with new translucent skylight panels.
