Technical Evaluation Complete: 05/14/2025 (Projected) Contract Term: The total terms of the Contract will be based on the awardees submittal and is projected not to exceed 210 days. Work may be performed in 2 Phases. If Contractor proposes to do so, for Phase I, the on-site time allotted should not exceed 151 days for Substantial Completion and for Phase 2, the on-site time should not exceed 31 days for Substantial Completion, both phases will have an additional 14 days to reach Final Acceptance. The Offeror to provide a schedule as part of their submittal as per this RFP. This Contract, if awarded, will be Awarded after approval from the Maryland Board of Public Works (BPW), projected to be on 07/16/2025.
